This counting machine is extensively used to accurately count and fill round tablets, pills, capsules, transparent soft gelatin capsules, irregular pills into container.

1. Equipped with three sectional electromagnetic vibrator;
2. High speed:
---The counter which has 16 channels can count 20~60 bottles per min;
---The one which has 32 channels can reach 60-120 bottles per min.
3. With the function of auto stop and auto-alarm when the bottles supplying is not enough or the bottles blocked;
4. With three stages dust collection design to avoid the dust contamination;
5. Key pneumatic parts, especially integrated solenoid valve and cylinder for shutting door, are from Japan CKD;
6. Employing the IR (infrared ray) dynamic scan technology for accurately counting, and also with alarm function when problems occur;
7. Equipped with the touch screen to set the quantity of the drugs (15~9999), and to monitor the drugs dropping status on each channel.
