Based on the high speed and accurate counting, this counting machine is mainly utilized for accurately counting and filling the round tablets, pills, capsules, transparent soft gelatin capsules, irregular pills into container.

1. With 3-sectional electromagnetic vibrator;
2. High speed: it can reach 60-120 bottles per min.
3. The counter can automatically stop and auto-alarm when the bottles supplying is not enough or the bottles blocked;
4. With 3-stages dust collection design to avoid the dust contamination;
5. Key pneumatic parts, especially integrated solenoid valve and cylinder for shutting door, are from Japan CKD;
6. Employing the IR (infrared ray) dynamic scan technology for accurately counting, and also with alarm function when problems occur;
7. Equipped with the touch screen to set the quantity of the drugs (15~9999), and to monitor the drugs dropping status on each channel.
